This company does not deserve a 1 star. I took my car there for a basic wash. I notice there were more older men there. After they finished with my car, I noticed a long scratch on the drivers door and chipped paint on the passenger door. The guy who is always there and move my car to wash it would not take responsibility. He asked me where did I park my car?? I parked my car there! He didn't offer to buffer the scratch or have the chipped paint fixed. I informed him, I would never return there. I bought my car brand new and had been bringing it there for their services. Never again!!

I pulled up and this older black male with a beard was detailing windows. That's all I really needed. This fool legit looked at me and started shaking his head in disgust. Like he was mad I pulled up to give the business actual business. That's pathetic.

Been going here about three years. In the beginning I had no issues. Lately with my different vehicle things have not been the best. My car isn't vacuumed out good in the back. The last time I went they broke my sun visor and did not tell me, mind you this is a new vehicle. I asked for a wax thinking I was going to get a buffing wax. Came out to water spots all over my vehicle, I said I asked for a wax; the guy whom I've never seen before said it "was a spray on wax". Sir, I could have did that. He said "yea you need a buffing" Oh you think? I mean that is what I asked for. I will not go back, the service is no longer for me.

Went here to to get my car detailed after having my car dirtied by dogs. They did an extremely good job, you cant tell that there was a dog in the car. However, they knocked my back window off track, but other than that, they still did a good job and I would definitely go back.
